All products are made to order. Once you place an order, our production partner begins creating your item specifically for you.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to investigate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered.
